The in person service was great. However it has been 3 weeks and I have not gotten my glasses I paid for in full and no one will answer the phone. I have called at least 10 times and no answer and voicemail is full.
This was the best eye exam experience I have ever had! The staff and Doctor are the friendliest ive ever experienced!!! I had a little puppy in my car when I went in the ladies in front office noticed him and invited him in while I had my exam. Family friendly👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 the Doctor was so down to earth and friendly. Very thorough eye exam. I was extremely pleased. I just wish I could have gotten my glasses with them. But current insurance provider didn't was out of network to fill rx for glasses! Yes, hard to reach on the phone but chances are if you need an exam and go by the office located just behind Firestone on Big Spring in the afternoon on Tues,Wednesday or Thursday you can be seen that day. I was! Friendliest Doctor and staff. Id give them 10 🌟
I came here as a kid now my kids come here. This Doc and his staff was Amazing!! Now the young staff is extremely rude and sigh when you ask or need anything roll there eyes when phone rings and let it ring and ring.. Sorry Doc get you some others that like there job
10 missed calls, 10! I've been going here since I was a teen and most recently moved back to town and wanted to get a new prescription where I usually go just to have then not answer the phone. Can't even leave a voice mail because the voice mail is full?! Try to go in person and the door is locked with a sign that reads "no walk ins". How the hell am I supposed to put an appointment in?! And I seem to not be the only one experiencing this problem here
Wonderful staff, immaculate service, warm and inviting atmosphere! Plus they accept Medicaid, which is helpful! Highly recommended 10/10
