Unfortunately, their customer service was unprofessional. I called yesterday morning to schedule appointments for myself and someone else, but the receptionist I spoke with was unhelpful and seemed more focused on chatting and laughing with a coworker (while on the phone with me) than assisting me. It’s disappointing, since I live locally and would have preferred to stay with a nearby practice but I’ve since gone elsewhere and received much better service. I’d encourage the owner and doctors to speak with their front-desk staff about maintaining professionalism during work hours.

Dr. Meltzer was extremely professional and performed a very thorough eye exam. I was very impressed with how much time he dedicates to his patients. Highly recommend. The staff was polite and very efficient. I could tell they really knew their stuff! They were welcoming and made me feel like a valued new patient.

I highly recommend Meltzer Eye Care. From the Doctor to the staff, all are knowledgeable and take the time to make sure you get exactly what you need. The pick up process includes a consult - personal care in explaining how the glasses will work. In my case, I ordered progressives and their tips were really, really helpful. Additionally, I was told if I needed anything else to come in and see what adjustments could be made. Bottom line, highly satisfied. Philis R.

Mary gave me the best experience. I scheduled two appointment one here and another at another place for August. I asked if I can come in to see the glasses she said yes and luckily I was able to get to see the doctor today after looking at the glasses! This made my day, thank you for the experience!
