My recent visit here was really good. The facility was clean and all the staff was extremely nice. Richard and Broadrick was very helpful with my helping me with my benefits and fitting. Dr Ly was very sweet and thoroughly explained every step of the process. She was very knowledgeable. I definitely felt like they cared about my eye needs.

My name is Larry H . Monday 8th June 2026 At first i had was having a good visit. The guy at the front dest , 1 lady who did my first eye test and the doctor was very pleasant and nice, but at the end when it came time for me to choose eye glasses there was a short older chubby caucasion lady who wore little round eye glasses i dont know her name that sat down and was supose to explain the lenses and prices to me was very rude. She seemed iritated with my every question. She had a terrible attitude and was not friendly at all! She changed my opinon about this place quickly so much so that i just told her i didnt like any of the glasses and asked her for my perscription so i can order some glasses online and pay for my lenses at Walmart or some place else. When i first went in i noticed right from the beginning that she was the least kind and friendly person working there. I still smiled and spoke politly but it didnt work with this lady. I smiled and said I "thank you so much"when she handed me the envelope with my perscrption in it and she said nothing and walked off. One bad apple when you are thinking about spending hundreds of dollars makes a huge difference.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. I’m honestly disgusted by how they operate. They took advantage of my elderly mother and charged her nearly triple the normal price for her glasses. That’s not just bad business, that’s predatory. On top of that the staff was rude and unhelpful when we tried to ask questions. There was no transparency in pricing, and it felt like they were more focused on upselling than actually helping patients. We ended up going across the street to Texas Eye Center afterward and had a completely different, much better experience. Please be careful if you’re considering this place, especially if you’re bringing in elderly family members. They deserve honesty and respect, not to be taken advantage of.
Good service from the staff isn't enough; I am disappointed with this place. I went there to get glasses made and waited two weeks for the call to pick them up. After waiting that long without hearing anything, I went back, only to be shocked to find out the lab had lost my prescription. Now I have to wait another two weeks—and with any luck, I might actually get them at some point.
Amanda had me in and out to fix my daughters glass. She also reminded me to get my daughter on the books for her annual eye exam as well incase those glasses don't hold so I can use my insurance. Thank you!
