Always such a positive experience with Dr Alex and her team! Very, very thorough examination and great explanation of findings and details. She always gives me options, explains those options well and lets me decide what I feel would be best for me. I highly recommend her and her staff to anyone looking for a professional and personable optometric experience.
Very clean, spacious and a good collection of frames on display. Staff were helpful, attentive and are true educators of the eyes. New updated technology made to make the experience personal and inviting. I really enjoyed my appointment. The whole experience was pleasant they didn’t rush me or anything( even though I was late due to working nights). 10/10 will definitely recommend. Not to mention I was able to get 2 pairs for a very reasonable price. I will be returning for next eye exam and will most definitely be buying more stylish glasses.
Dr. Alex Kneeland and staff were professional, friendly, and attentive to my vision concern. I called with an issue I believed might be critical. They scheduled an appointment for 30 minutes after my call. The concern was evaluated and when it was deemed I needed to see a surgeon, she made the call and scheduled the appointment prior to my leaving yhe office. Thank you Dr. Kneelandcand staff.
This was a great experience for my daughter to get an eye exam and pick out glasses! They were super friendly and great with information! I didn't get names of anyone but they let her try on glasses before her appointment and helped me figure out what I could afford! They even got my insurance information for me because I hadn't received the card yet. My daughter is super excited and I will continue to come back every year for myself and her!
