I love how kind Jeremy and Crystal are. They are always helpful in answering my contact lens questions and helping me pick out new frames. They have a great selection of frames. I always receive my contacts when they tell me they will be in. The Doctors are very knowledgeable and easy to understand. The appointments are on schedule and I never have to wait long to see the Doctor. LOVE THIS OPTICAL!! Keep up the awesome work!

I had the pleasure of meeting both Crystal and Jeremy, they were helpful and courteous. From scheduling to picking up my new glasses, everything was explained and there were no surprises. I also felt that the eye exam was thorough, all of my needs were met, and questions answered. Super easy to get to, and a great all around experience.

Today I was assisted by Crystal at Metro! She was very courteous & professional! She knew what she was doing & did an awesome job at multi-tasking as well as keeping everything sanitary!! I was a little nervous because I knew my vision has gotten significantly worse since my last exam a very long time ago. Crystal & Dr. Laura made me feel comfortable & at ease with the whole process! I would recommend Metro Optics to anyone looking because they have awesome prices & packages for those with no insurance coverage.

I started working downtown so I was looking for convenience. I not only got convenience. I got a great exam and a nice pair of glasses at an awesome price. Last weekend I was working in the yard and I dropped my glasses my brother was power washing the out door furniture and away my glasses went! After searching for them, and my brother stepping on them distorting the frame, I brought them back to Metro Optics and the person working fixed my glasses for nothing. I was extremely happy with this service as I thought I would need to purchase a new pair. This is definitely what I call great service.

I had a fantastic experience here! Went just as they opened up after being closed due to COVID-19, and they did a number of things to promote cleanliness — they require staff and customers wear a mask (and had a few extra if you didn’t have one), sanitize each pair of glasses after a customer touches them, and I saw the staff use sanitizers and wash their hands a lot. They also spread out staff and chairs in the waiting area. Wide selection of modern glasses, and the doctor I saw spent extra time with me to make sure I understood what was going on. Thanks for a great experience!
