I’ve been a customer here for the past five years, and unfortunately, every visit involves an excessively long wait. Today was especially frustrating—I waited over 30 minutes for what should have been a simple pickup. When I respectfully shared my concerns and provided constructive feedback about the wait time, the gentleman assisting me became visibly annoyed and communicated in a very unprofessional manner. Rather than acknowledging my concerns or treating me with respect, I was made to feel as though my time and business had no value. This isn’t an isolated issue. During my last several visits, I’ve heard other customers in the waiting area express the exact same frustration about the excessive wait times. As a result of today’s experience, I canceled my daughter’s appointment and will be taking my family’s business elsewhere. That’s three customers they’ve lost because of poor customer service—not simply because of the wait, but because of the way my concerns were dismissed. Everyone understands that delays can happen, but professionalism and respect should never be optional. Time is valuable, and customers deserve to have their concerns acknowledged rather than disregarded. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially after being a loyal customer for so many years.

I am always satisfied every time I visit this location. The staff are welcoming, professional, and always provide excellent customer service. I grew up going to the Parkchester location, and the difference in my experience has been night and day. I dislike that location very much. This location consistently makes me feel valued as a customer, and that's why I'll continue bringing my business here. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work and for always providing such a positive experience. Keep up the great work!

Let's start with there frame selection is wonderful something for every budget. Now there customer service can leave you with a bad taste in your mouth I've been standing in the middle of the store and nor one person has asked could they help me or ask why I was just standing there. I'm used to the Westchester Sq store but the frame selection sucks I don't think I will be using this company anymore been here a hour already UP DATE now they see me !! after my review posted but Iust add that Matthew and Gray are to stand up guy they do there job without judgment

I had the best experience at Metro optics. My wait wasn’t long. Down to the doctors in the waiting room everything was amazing. It was perfect special shout out to Jeanette. She helped me and my wife pick out glasses. She was super patient and very helpful. We also got a discount.

The experience at this site was phenomenal. The staff were engaging, courteous, professional, friendly, patient and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. The sales associate, Krysna , was so engaging, patient and really took the time to assist me with the help I needed in selecting the appropriate glasses. She was so engaging that both my granddaughter and I purchased Meta glasses. The eye doctor whom was vibrant and full of energy, who seemed passionate about his job was phenomal. He took the time to explain step by step the process and answered the multiple questions my granddaughter and I asked. The front desk provides wonderful customer service to all clients. Also Gary, he assist in helping you with your new glass in ensuring that tbey fit properly. The customer service provided each time that I visit the site is one that is priceless and create memorable moments. Each staff no matter what their titles are, step in to assist, they all work in partnership, in such a team oriented atmospheres.
