They never have but 1 0r 2 lines open even when ppl are lined all way to clothing department. You have to chase down staff to get help at any of departments, then you have to wait at the least 20 mins of more to get help. And when you finally get help the employees are rude, treating me like Im their problem for their unhappiness. Furthermore ppl with filled carts and/or multiple carts have to go the self checkout prolonging the customers that only bought a couple of items. I spent well over 30 mins in line yesterday for 2 items. Not only are all registers always closed but maybe 2, now they close half the self checkout as well. While customers are suffering in line for an hour at a time I see probably 40 employees just walking and talking amongst themselves. They walk rt by registers noticing how backed up the lines are, but never call for help or try to open a register themselves. Also Ive seen them put items to the back of shelves so they can get it when they're off work. Unacceptable

As always, Walmart has everything and we really enjoy the convenience of a one-stop-shop. This Walmart has a lot shoes, baby items, more soda options than normal stores, and this store even has Kimchi (healthy cabbage). There are a few drawbacks to this store; this store doesn't have sodastream CO2, the buggies Never travel in a straight line, sometimes the store workers put so many boxes on the floor in the aisle that we cannot navigate through the store without playing a puzzle game with our cart.

Nov 19, 2025 ( 5 pm ) Very disappointed 😔. We missed 1 bag of our stuff we bought. An Asian cashier.. I am asian too!😭. She didn't double checked to roll the grocery bags. It's our first time to missed a 1 bag of grocery items and it's our 1st time to visit in that branch. And it's 45mins drive from our place in Elkton, 😥. We visited a place there in that day, and we stopped by in this Walmart Branch.. My hubby tried to reach the customer service at 7 pm but nobody answer. If its only near to our house we will definitely go back there and report. The one NEXT to us was mother and son..,, 🍀😔😭

This is my hometown Walmart store. When I travel, I visit many different stores, at sometimes obscure locations. This location has the worst selection of any I have ever seen. The men's clothes are pathetic. No selection and what they do have, looks like they belong in the women's section. No Reebok clothes were stocked at all for men. My wife said this location has about the same for the women as everywhere else, but the rest of the store follows suit for the men's section. You would think the biggest retailer in the area would cater to their customer base. No. I will not even think about going to the pharmacy. I used them a long time ago and gladly paid the upcharge at the locally owned pharmacies. The automotive department is slow and inexperienced. I let them change my oil because they do it cheaper than I can, but I check it when they are done. I wouldn't let them do anything serious. I watch over them on what little they do for me as is. Grumpy customer service associates. No smile or hello when going through checkout lines, and just try to get propane refilled. Lmao. Unless you are lucky and have Leonard wait on you, but he will soon retire. Then, it will be all crabby customer service associates and frowns faces. Sam Walton is doing cartwheels right now. P.S.- The Pink Floyd sweatshirt was in the men's department with a pink and white Hello Kitty sweatsuit. They don't pay attention or care. Uselessness *Update - they have remodeled, it looks a lot better. More room in the aisles, but I have noticed the selection in the food section has reduced. No blueberry moon pies, for one. It is the only "super" store in the area, so where else will you go.
