I just left a 5-Star Review a couple of weeks ago but I’d like to add another review for RJ. He’s a tech that has been helping me with my contact lenses and eye glasses and even sunglasses for over 10 years now. I used to live in San Ramon when I started going to this office. Now I live in Newark about 25 miles away but I still see this office for my eye health. One big reason is RJ. He’s a great employee and very conscientious and respectful, and efficient. He’s always helped me with my contact lens supply especially on urgent cases where I ran out of contacts. I think every patient should appreciate each and every health care worker. Doctors, assistants, techs, and front desk. Not many people know how hard and challenging it is to build a great team so they can give patients the best care. We all know that health care providers are essential to help the community and the whole humanity even before the pandemic. Thank you RJ this one’s for you. NOTE: Next time you feel like complaining because of a little inconvenience, pause a little. Think of how hard your healthcare provider work to help you. They are human too.
