For starts this place worked hard to get both my husband and I in on the same day. They're a busy place for a reason. Everyone one is polite and knowledgeable. I had been to 2 other places before landing here and I highly recommend MEI.

Great Patience, Respectable, Understanding, Team Staff, for their support of the Doctors/Specialists Ect... Experiencing great hands on. Seeming sufficiently open towards all patients seeking them as well healthcare wise. We Further would like to thank you all inadvance.

The whole experience was excellent, except for the greeter at the front desk. A young blond girl with glasses. She would not make eye contact and seemed perturbed that I had any questions at all. The lady with gray hair was kind and helpful. Morgan was professional and skilled during her exam, and kind. Dr. Barto was as well and Summer was helpful after the exam. The unpleasant greeter was dismissive and rude. I am so glad that everyone else working there made up for it.

This team is awesome! I can't say enough about how much this team has helped me in restoring my sight. And the followi up is amazing. The gentleness through cataract and lasiks surgery along with the follow up care 5 yrs later well let's say you get what you pay for. And it's good 👍

The staff and Dr. Mahalik were exceptional today. I had an emergency appointment with my physician and the staff helped to push me through my tests so that I could get to my appointment. They saw me, they heard what I was saying and they had Compassion for my being in pain. They understood that keeping my glaucoma in check was a priority as well. I made it to my physician and all of my eye tests were completed as well.
