I visited this eye clinic and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The doctor was not the issue; my concern is with the front desk staff. The receptionist was extremely rude, impatient, and unprofessional. Her attitude made me feel unwelcome from the moment I arrived. She seemed unwilling to answer basic questions and treated patients with little respect. It honestly felt as if she wanted people to leave before even seeing the doctor. The way she spoke to me came across as disrespectful and discriminatory. Good customer service is an important part of any healthcare experience, and this clinic seriously needs to improve the behavior and professionalism of its front desk staff. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this clinic to others and would advise people to consider other options.
