Very happy with our experience with Baptiste Orthodontics! This is our second visit and very time the staff has been so helpful and kind! They get pretty busy but they are accommodating to any schedule! They made it affordable to get my daughter braces. The staff is knowledgeable, the Dr Baptiste was very kind and great bedside manner! He walked us through the whole process and what it would take to get her the smile of her dreams! After our first visit we headed to the finance department and even there I was blown away with how helpful and kind the ladies were! We decided to book our appointment right way for install. They made the down payment affordable as well as the monthly payment la with in house financing it was so easy! No interest, no hidden fees…. I highly recommend Baptiste Orthodontics, you won’t be disappointed!

Best experience I’ve had at an orthodontist so far! The lady at the front desk was incredibly sweet, well-mannered, and very informative—she truly deserves a raise! 😂 The office runs in a very fast-paced environment, yet everyone was kind, considerate, and professional. I felt welcomed and well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Dr Baptiste has cared for at least 4 members of my family. He comes highly recommended and is highly respected. The care and support that he gave Alexander was above and beyond. We are so grateful for all the time he took to explain every change and every treatment. We only experienced great customer service from him and his staff. We had such a wonderful experience taking our daughter to Dr. Baptiste for her braces. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was welcoming and kind.
