Great service! They assisted all three members of my family with getting new glasses. In and out and they even helped my 12 year pick out her new frames!

I started going to see Dr Hanson because she took such good care of my wife. One visit and she solved an ongoing problem. Nice to have it resolved. Office staff was friendly and helpful.
Visited this place for the first time because my regular Dr was completely booked. I needed an eye exam and contacts. My Eye exam went pretty well but was confused why my eyes weren’t dilated since I haven’t been to an eye dr in a year. Asked about it and they said they don’t do it unless we ask. Why would I have to ask you for that you’re the doctor ?. I’ve never had to ask my regular eye dr to dilate my eyes. Anyway, when it was time to pick up my contacts I was confused on why I only got one box of contacts for $70. The old white receptionist seemed irritated and just handed me off the black lady when she could’ve explained the exact thing the black lady explained to me perfectly. I noticed this same handing people off to the lady black lady on my first visit and I should’ve walked out then. Won’t be back.
On the day of appointment, tried to change the time back. However, I made that appointment knowing my wife can only make it at 4:30pm. Very disappointed why double book appointments. I very specifically asked for 430pm appointment. Thank you
Waiting on God can be difficult when you have to get rides while waiting on your correct lenses to come in. This is when we grow in the Lord and grow in our Faith. Go Jesus Christ and go office team for everything yall have done to help me learn through Jesus Christ our savior. Tawnya Cicalla
