I've been going here for years, they give the most in depth exams and listen to you. Great selection of glasses as well and the staff are all very nice. They are also kind and helpful to each other. Seems like a great place.
Middletown eye care is wonderful! I was greeted with a smile and was taken back after I checked in. Everyone was warm, friendly and welcoming. Dr. Papio took her time and I didn't feel rushed at all. After my exam I was able to look at frames for my new glasses and was helped picking out new frames. I wanted to try on a Nike frame that wasn't in stock and they ordered it for me to come back and try on. Now that's wonderful customer service! I recommend them 100%. Also you are offered to take your prescription to another place to order your glasses cheaper ( a customer there was complaining about the prices). I am very pleased with my visit and looking forward to going back to try on the frames I wanted. God Bless Middletown Eye Care!
I had a great experience with the optometrist, Dr. Neader, who I since learned is actually not permanent staff there I don’t think. He was great, very personable and thorough. However the lady I was sat with to order my glasses is not doing this place any favors. I started off by saying that I have trouble finding glasses that fit my face or that I think look good. I came back with 5-6 pairs and tried them on one by one and looked at her to get her opinion and she just started at me. Nothing kind to say, my last pair she said well I like those the best out of what you picked. Did not offer to help me find something that suited better. I get it if they all look terrible but at least help me find something that looks decent. I almost would’ve appreciated her lying and saying they look great lol not to mention the pair I was going to buy was $600 prior to insurance and $300 with insurance. Anyway, I left feeling worse about myself in glasses than when I came. But, nice place and have had good experiences with the receptionists and the eye doctors!
Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Bjork has been seeing me for years. He is very thorough and knowledgeable and takes his time with examination and making sure that I have the best prescription for my eyeglasses.
New to the town. After 33 years in Arizona we moved here to Middletown to be close to family and retire. Our family told us about Middletown eye care and how nice and thorough they are. They did not lie. When you walk in you are immediately greeted by a smile and there undivided attention. They get you checked in a seated. I waited a whole 2mins before I was escorted back to a room and recorded all my information and what they need for the doctor when he comes in. Dr Bjork came in, he asked a few questions about my current prescription then went right to work ensuring that I walked out with a new prescription and being able to see better. The whole staff is amazing. Thank you all.
