had an incredible experience with Midtown Miami Eye Center and cannot recommend them enough. Earlier in the day, I accidentally dropped my glasses in the ocean at Miami Beach, which left me in a really stressful situation. My family had rented an RV and I was supposed to drive us down to the Keys, including some driving at night, so being without my glasses would have meant taking a lot of risks on the road. I called Midtown Miami Eye Center and sent over my prescription hoping they might be able to help somehow. Denise was absolutely fantastic. I reached out only about 30 minutes before they were closing, and instead of turning me away, she went above and beyond to make things work. My prescription is not an easy one, but she still managed to help get me taken care of the same day, which honestly felt like a lifesaver in that moment. The customer service was incredible—Denise was patient, kind, and genuinely cared about helping solve the problem. Because of her effort, I was able to get what I needed and safely continue our family trip plans. In a stressful situation while traveling, they turned everything around for me. If you’re looking for an eye center in Miami that truly goes above and beyond for their patients, Midtown Miami Eye Center is the place to go. I’m extremely grateful for Denise and the team there.

Teira was extremely courteous and hepful. I came into the office today with a broken arm on my eye glasses and she soothe my anxiety by being able to fix my glasses in less than five minutes! Her customer service is top tier! I'm so happy I can see again! Lex was super friendly and polite. I love the staff, I'd recommend everyone to come here and get there eyes checked.

I have certified customer here for over 6yrs with no disappointment. I received my glasses in a timely manner. Great customer service from the front desk clerk. The stuff really takes pleasing you as top tier. You wouldn’t find this anywhere else.
