Dr. Terp was professional and knowledgeable about my eye conditions. She took extra time to advise me about specific care and concerns. Dr. Terp was very cordial and easy to talk to. I didn’t feel rushed or pushed away for the next patient. I would recommend her to any age of patient.
The office was pleasant and check in was fast the only thing is the duplication of questions. I had used the online check in before my appointment except for taking pictures of my documents my phones camera does not work so I figured that I would present them at check in all the data that I had entered I had to answer at the desk. I thought it was duplication wonder why I took the time to do it online. The rest of the process went smoothly and the Dr was very good at providing clear explanations
Dr Terp is very personal and explains things well. Katie who performed pre-tests with machines was very good too.
Although I only see Dr. Terp annually for my eye exams, I have truly liked and enjoyed her as my ophthalmology eye doctor. All of her staff are also friendly and cordial.
The staff and Dr.Terp are professional and kind. They take the time to make sure you are satisfied with your eye exam. The staff in the eye glass office are experienced and patient when choosing new eye wear.
