I love the Shipshewana office. Have only seen Dr. Craig. He has been amazing. I've had some issues and he has been very patient and explained and gave his opinion. Which I really appreciate. The staff are all very friendly. It's a great office.
Stopped in on Friday to have glasses repaired. While I believed they weren’t able to be fixed, Tori did an incredible job fixing them. She was very kind and very dedicated to making sure I well taken care of!
Dr. Craig and his staff at the Shipshewana office are very caring. Dr. Craig does a thorough exam and tells me what his concerns are with my eyes. He actually listens to me as well. His staff is friendly and so easy to talk to. They dont make you feel like your "Just another patient". I definitely recommend and will continue to go there.
