I had an eye emergency. I called my local Midwest Eye Consultants office and they got me in immediately. Dr. Worth explained what my problem is, explained I had done nothing to cause it, and no one will catch it from me. He relieved my concerns and explained the process of ordering my medicine. Dr. Worth, Dr. Garner and their staff has always taken good care of my eyes and my concerns! I am well pleased!

1st trip: Nov 2025 Everyone was very friendly. Felt rushed to make frame selection. I put the lenses back into the frames more than I can wear them. Will go elsewhere to purchase replacement frames. Expensive junk frames 2nd trip: Mar 20th, 26: Took my glasses in to find out why the lens keep falling out. The very rude lady at the desk wouldn't listen to what I was trying to show her. She "restrung" them as she put it. I put my glasses on in the vehicle and guess what!! The lens fell right out. I'll never go back to the Tipton store again! 3rd trip Mar 20,206: Called the Noblesville Store to try contacting corporate over today's issue. Talked to the office manager, and she convinced me to go to her store and see her. Greeted by her, as I walked to the desk. She looked at the glasses and saw the lenses and the frames were not lining up. The lenses had too much curve in them. She also noted the newly "restrung" frames were too loose. In the few minutes of talking, she was able to resolve the problems. New glasses are on order. Thank you Courtney. As far as the Tipton store, I would recommend avoiding them. The front desk people are enough to make you turn around and leave.

I love this place. Everyone is so kind, and extremely helpful. I am so glad that I started coming here. They have a huge selection of eyeglasses. Everyone here, from the optometrist, to the young lady who helps you pick out your frames and fit them, to all the office staff... they are genuinely great at what they do, and make you feel welcome. I will continue to keep coming here, and I referred my daughter as well. I highly recommend this place to everyone I know! 😊❤️
