I think they are good, but DANG I just scheduled my appointment knowing it would be at least a 2 month wait.... Nope it's 6 months from now!!!!! I am a regular client with no date or time restrictions!!

So rude, and uncaring! My family have been going to them for years, and after a concerning blurry spot worsened, I called to make an appointment to get it checked out. Was told I wouldn't be able to get in for 5 months, and when I asked what if something was seriously wrong, they implied it was all on me because I hadn't been in for about 2 years. Done. Never going back.
I had a great experience and what I like is that I don’t feel rushed. My Eye Doctor is great and very nice. She will take time to listen and explain.
With a chemical burn emergency on a Sunday afternoon Dr. Miller was amazing. He called me back immediately and gave thorough instructions then met me at the office on a weekend. His examination was thorough and explained everything that was going on. I followed up the next day in the office with an impressive healing in progress. It was a scary situation. Thank you Dr. Miller for caring for me.
