This used to Lucid Optics, in 2022 I got my prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses. The service back then was wonderful. The person spent time helping me choose the frame. Now this is called Mint Optometry, Dr Paul Kim is amazing. They do not have a good selection of frames to choose from and the front office staff are not equipped with enough knowledge on the frames. They don't know the material of frames etc. To top it all the front office staff's attitude is terrible, I have spent close to $400 out of pocket for the eye exam, lenses and frames got zero service during the frame selection and subsequent exchange because the frame I initially got ended up being too heavy. On 7/17/2025 - Kevin from Mint Optometry La Palma CA reached out to me to understand my experience in respect to my review. He was very courteous and respectful. He understood what I have experienced and assured that he shall get all the aspects addressed this indicates that they really value their customers. I am impressed with their effort to resolve the issue and establish a good customer relationship. I also love the glasses I got, the Zeiss lenses are amazing , a comprehensive frame collection would be nicer to have to choose from.
