So I just went up there to get mine and my son glasses. I do not have a car. I had to get a ride. I work every day until 2 o’clock. My kids get off the bus at 3 o’clock. I had just enough time to get up there and try to get back in time to get my children off the bus. I walk in and I let the lady know my situation. Miss Lindsay decided that she wanted to get an attitude with me and talk to me with disrespect. I was not disrespectful with her I was expressing my situation and instead of there being concerned for me to get back in time for my children she catches an attitude with me instead.

My husband and I visited this office yesterday for our yearly eye exams. We have been patients here for 3-4 years now. We both saw Dr. Appelo, and we’re very satisfied with him. However, we were both seen by the same technician (I do not know her title). I’m going to be kind and not mention her name, although I could. She was not so kind. She rushed me through the entire exam and became annoyed with me because I was having a difficult time with the eye pressure test. I suffered a traumatic experience with one of my eyes as a child, and I suffer from anxiety when anything gets close to one of my eyes. I cannot help that, and she was very rude to me about it. She seemed very frustrated with me. I will make certain she does not ever give me another eye exam. I was very flustered by the time the doctor came in, and I did not mention it to him because I did not want to have a meltdown. I will say my next experience there was with the technician who fitted me for my glasses, and she could not have been nicer!! There was some confusion upon checkout regarding our bill, but I understand that happens. After we left, my husband and I were discussing the visit, and turns out, the same technician had performed his eye exam as well. He was not happy with her either. I don’t know if she was just in a big hurry, or if that is her personality. Either way, it should not have been our problem.
I’ve been going here for 4 years and never have had a problem! But reading these comments, whew you can’t make everybody happy I reckon.
We went for my husband's eye exam today. We explained We are time sensitive people. We can not wait for a long time. We got there 20 minutes early to make sure all paper work was filled out. They call us in 15 minutes late and make us sit in a dark room for another 35 minutes with no one coming in at all.. then when we had to leave, their staff treated us poorly.. disrespectful of people's time.. they are garbage.
