I've gotten two eye exams with 2020 Onsite so far, and have loved both experiences. They make it so easy to make an appointment and they take all major insurances. My prescription went up with the latest exam (which I had already expected), and the optometrist was so encouraging and supportive in finding the optimal prescription fit for my daily life. Would highly recommend their service!

I work for Holiday Inn Club Vacations. I was excited when they announced this for us to participate in. As someone who has not had an eye exam in a while, this was extremely convenient for me. The appointment booking was easy even when I had to make a last minute change on the same day I had it scheduled. The bus is parked right outside my work building. Always arrive a few minutes early but the check-in process was easy, all information requested is clearly communicated before the appointment even begins. During my appointment everything was clear. Even with 5 other adults in the bus it did not feel crowded. They have a great selection in glasses, but I opted to order contact lenses instead. I was in and out in around 35 mins. Edit on 11/21/23: The contact lenses I ordered were delivered to my house two days after my appointment. I got them so fast I actually had no idea what was in my mailbox until I opened it.
What I like about the service is that it encourages me to get my eye tested at a convenience location. That's a good thing. I am disappointed that it takes 2 to 3 weeks to get my glasses unlike my previous experiences when I shopped at a store. Sadly, when I finally got my glasses, they shipped me the wrong frame color. I don't think this would happen if I had done this at a store. Now I am stuck in a zone where I have to ship the glasses back and wait another 2 to 3 weeks. Overall, I will not likely use this service again.
From start to finish, my experience was truly outstanding. Every team member I interacted with was professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made me feel confident and supported throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellent service did not go unnoticed. I felt valued as a customer every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend this to my friends and family without hesitation—it was a seamless and positive experience from beginning to end.
Friendly staff and doctor! Quick, painless, and my glasses were received within 10 days as promised. If you need a new prescription and glasses, make an appointment. You won't be disappointed:)
