I was very impressed by the staff and Dr. Dearing. Very friendly and helpful. I felt that they were helpful in the way that they were there to guide me in my best interests. The office also was very nice, upscale and easy to pick out a large variety of glasses and sunglasses. I highly recommend you check it out!!!
Dr. Dearing has the most amazing staff. Professional, kind, caring, fun. The atmosphere is so joyful. I think he should market his staff and have them train other doctors office staff to create an atmosphere like he has and how well his staff treats his patients. Awesome experience from start to finish. The Dr was amazing friendly and very knowledgeable, he answered every question I had. The office staff rock. Had a great experience and will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
Receiving such a high level of care is rare in a rural area. I've been to many other big city doctors and I just say Modoc Family optometry is a premier business. Very professional. Clean. Staff and Doctor were very welcoming and informative. They provide excellent care for the area
Dr Dearing and his staff are unlike any other dr’s office I’ve ever been to. Dr Dearing answered all of my questions in an unhurried, professional manner. I felt like I had known him for a long time. You can tell he enjoys his occupation. The entire staff helped me pick out frames once they realized I truly wanted their input. They checked & double checked measurements & again, answered my questions. I actually had FUN at their office, sounds strange I know. I can’t wait to get my glasses and will never dread going to this office. I left there smiling & would describe the experience like it used to be years ago- that small town, warm country feel. I wasn’t even home yet & had already recommended Dr Dearing to a couple friends. The drive to Alturas from Lakeview was well worth it.
