Everything about my experience at this health facility in “the middle of nowhere” Utah…(to quote a new album by Kacey Musgrave, being newly released on NPR Radio as I write) is more than I could have imagined. The greeters at the front desk upon entrance, warm and inviting. Bright sunshine streamed in the morning light as people sat waiting for their appointments all very pleasantly smiling. The staff all friendly and most helpful! Dr. Olsen, the young dentist recommended to me made me feel “ let’s get this taken care of”with a matter of fact, caring notion like none other I’ve known. He and his team are amazing!❤️ The cafe and market with limited grocery items for people traveling the miles to receive dental and other health care is a lovely setting and I even bought some fresh strawberries on my first visit there!
Dr. Olson and his team at Montezuma Creek are the best! Well, they’re thorough, professional and also very friendly. I was nervous about a blood draw because of prior experience in a different hospital, and the lady was so good. I just barely felt the needle go in. I thought I would be sore the next day and while there is a touch of soreness, it’s not bad at all. I always highly recommend this team if people ask me.
I liked it there because everybody was so friendly and when you are scared that is so important. Today I had my root canal. I felt that my Doctor Who I can't remember her name but she is a female was absolutely wonderful. She explained everything as she was doing it and her wonderful assistant couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. For some reason I had to pee twice while it was being done and she helped me into the bathroom both times. I am giving my experience a five today. Went back today and had a temporary crown put in. I was disappointed because I thought I was getting a permanent crown. But, once again I had Doctor Kopasz and she is great. She explains everything to me and tries to make me comfortable. My final appointment. I got my permanent crown put in which only took a few minutes. I enjoyed talking with Doctor Kopasz because not only is she friendly but she is so smart and really knows her job. I can ask her anything.
I love Montezuma Creek’s UNHS overall and I find their service exceptional. From the minute you walk in the doors to checking in, you are made to feel welcome. Then the quality of care you get once you enter is friendly, professional, and thorough. My whole family will go nowhere else. We love this place.
