Being new to the area, I wanted a local Mooresville business with years of experience. So, I searched online and found Mooresville Eye Care, advertising over 30 years of expertise. This branch is located at 404 E Center Ave, in Mooresville. When I went to their office, I discovered they have a wide variety of frame selections to choose from, as well as friendly, helpful employees. As for expertise, Diana did a great job adjusting my frames! My wife was also very pleased with her frames as well. Excellent service! As a result, we’re looking forward to doing business with them in the future.

I had my first eye appointment here today. It had been several years since I’ve been. The ladies at the front desk were so sweet and helpful and Dr Buchanan was great! She listens to you and ensures you are getting the best care. 10/10 recommend!

The redhead at the front desk copped an attitude with me for asking basic questions. she needs to find a different profession than customer service. I will be swapping eye care companies.

Well, lets just start over. I had the new manager reach out to me regarding the lost glasses. She told me the story behind the lost orders. Her name is Mindy, and she was extremely professional.
