I need to find my receipt. I've been meaning to leave this review since this happened. I believe it was the morning of Saturday, June 13th. I had a meeting I needed to be on early that morning. I came to this location bright and early in the morning before my virtual meeting. My computer mouse stopped working and I needed to buy a new one. I needed to rush and do it. I got to the store, I believe it was between 7 and 8 am. I waited approximately 15 minutes or more to get help with computer mice that were locked up in the cabinet. The employees I saw on the floor were not able to assist me. Finally, two women were talking and one seemed to be a manager. It was a black woman. She seemed digusted because, I heard her say, that someone was over there ( like referring to someone else in or near the department) that should be helping me. Someone else said I guy would help, but he never did. So, the black woman who seemed to be a manager came to help me. I said hello. Told her thank you. That I was in a hurry and had a meeting. I was looking at a few items because I was deciding bewtween which mice and if I wanted to get a keyboard mouse combo. I ended up getting a keyboard mouse combo that was also locked up. She rang me up. I continually told her thank. She did not speak to me once or reply to any of my comments. She acted disgusted and mad throughout the entire purchase process. She was terribly rude, especially if she was in fact a store manager. I've been busy so I was delayed in leaving this review. But, I left pissed off at the entire exchange. No customer should be rreated that way, especially when I went out of my way to be pleasant and courteous. When in fact, I was the one that should have acted disgusted by having to wait a long time to get someone to help me in the first place. I have had issues with help at this store location before. I prefer to shop at the Elliot location. But, this location is closest to me. Given my timeframe for my meeting, I had no time to go to Elliot that morning even though I wanted to do so. There are just times I have to go to this location. The employees need to improve their customer service skills at this location. Very unhappy customer.

I had a really frustrating experience at this Walmart location. We waited about 45 minutes just to get an item unlocked. During that time, we pressed the help button multiple times and received no response. We then tried to find employees ourselves. We approached two associates wearing vests, but both told us they were off the clock. Another employee said the same and mentioned she didn’t have a key, though she did say she would call someone—we even heard her make the call. We went back to wait, but still no one came. After pressing the help button again with no luck, my friend and I went searching once more. She passed a group of employees still on the floor, holding their vests to show they were off shift, and asked two more associates near electronics, who also said they didn’t have keys. Eventually, she found someone who was able to help us. What was especially confusing is that the “key” ended up being an app on the employee’s phone, so it didn’t seem like a physical key was even required, despite multiple employees saying they couldn’t assist us because they didn’t have one. I understand that shifts end and employees can’t always help off the clock, but it was disappointing to see so many staff members unavailable while customers were left waiting with no assistance. I hope this location can improve response times and communication so others don’t have a similar experience.

I went to Walmart around 3pm and was at checkout out around 3:30. I had a sweet cashier named zarah i believe, help me out. My Walmart app wasn’t working so I couldn’t pay though it. She suspended my order so I could take my time figuring it out. Very sweet. It was her time to clock out and someone named deza or deva took her place. Zarah let her know my order was suspended and that I was ready to pay (I had my scanner open in the app) . When she took over,me and this lady that had been behind a couple with over 100 items ( not even kidding their total was like 300 dollars) deza was taking her sweet time cleaning her area that just consists of picking up random bags near the bags that seemed very unnecessary. And just did a whole bunch of other little things that really didn’t change how her area looked. I had been standing there ready to pay and she took 4 other customers before even really acknowledging me. My mom was at home waiting for me to cook for her and I can’t believe how little she valued my time. I received the worst customer service from her. The person to really help me leave the store with a smile was leroy!! Thanks bud! Deza please work on your customer service. I’ve never have had such a bad experience at Walmart.

This store has its share of issues but today was the worst and not even something the store did. While checking out at a cashier the customer behind me put their items on the belt before I was even done putting mine on (no big deal) but they did not even make sure I had enough room for my stuff, and then pushed their cart ALL the way to the bags where I was standing to stand in front of the payment machine! Then yelled at me when I barely bumped her cart trying to get where I needed to be to pay. I know the store has little they can do but absolutely unacceptable behavior! No words since I've never had anyone be so rude before. I will do absolutely anything to stay out of an establishment that I don't feel safe. No amount of discounts, good service, product selection or anything would keep me when I can't even shop in peace.

Good toy selection. Small makeup section. Decent plant pots.
