Highly recommend, Dr. Baez. On a Friday evening I was frantic to get my child in. Katie, at the front desk, was so kind and accommodating. We were able to be seen within an hour from calling. Dr. Baez was incredibly professional, empathetic and knowledgeable. She called to check on my child the following day. We had a follow-up the next week. She was thorough and confident. I do not typically leave reviews but from start to finish it was truly a dream. Hollie in the office was so warm and welcoming to myself and my children. It made a less than desirable situation; enjoyable.

My daughter and I came in this afternoon..I had recently broke my glasses and WE both needed a exam. The office staff is friendly and compassionate. The tech who who started of exam was kind and patient with my daughter. Dr. B who did our testing was reassuring and accurate with her knowledge and her beside manner was first class treatment . The sweet lady blonde who helped us pick our frames did a amazing job! Go to MOSES eye care in Lowell.
I was not happy when it came to picking up my frames. The lady told me to go look at frames. I thought she was gonna come over there and let me know what frames were within my insurance. She didn’t come over. I don’t know where she went so I went back to the area that I got my last frames Picked out a pair. The lady came back. Did the lens measurements and then tell me how much it would be it was over $500. I don’t even think she looked up to see if I was eligible for frames yet it was a horrible appointment.😢
I had Ashley and Dr. Doolin. Both were highly professional and kind. They treated me with patience and humor. Front office staff was very clear and friendly as well. Moses is my new Eyecare resource.
Recently went into facility in lowell, we've been going there for years. My son is incapacitated n can't get in for a new exam, broke/loss glasses hasn't any contacts as backups. I asked if they could just issue a new set of contacts for him until he's able to come for a new exam/script. The young lady eye specialist refused to do that , i ask Please just a temporary set. She still refused, leaving me with only the thought of Moses greed, lack of caring of a decade long family customer. Even in an emergency situation, no care at all. There's 4 family members whom have been going there, Well that'll stop today. We'll never step foot in that facility ever again. The rude/arrogance of this person was not professional at all.
