I just want to say I had the best experience today at Moses Eyecare in Hammond!!! From the front desk, to the exam, to the end…the service was unmatched! I had came to Moses for years and the last 2 years I went elsewhere and regretted it. So today, I came back to Moses and as I told them I will never sway away again! Lol… but seriously Dr. Bonilla and the entire staff is amazing!!!
So the service I received on my visit what's five stars. Now trying to pick up my glasses horrible receptionist does not acknowledge you you will be there forever. no one will acknowledge you but yet she's sitting on the phone in your face laughing and giggling on the phone. My glasses been ready for weeks and I still have not been able to get them thanks. SMH you see someone walk through the door you acknowledge them and let them know you'll be with them not sit on the phone for 5 minutes laughing and giggling with whoever's on the phone.
I broke my glasses and was unable to see at work i took a break and went to this location in Hammond and was out in less than five minutes with my glasses repaired. Love these ladies they are the best.
Marjorie was the sweetest staff member I have ever encountered she had me and my husband laughing the whole time for our first experience. I really recommend everyone to come to this office very professional and comfortable process . Thank you everything everyone especially you Marjorie you were amazing love
Been a patient for 6 years at this location. Dr. Bonilla is the best Optometrist at this office location, I highly recommend her to everyone so be sure to go see her for all your appointment needs! She definitely cares about her patients like myself and my mother and explains things very calmly and in details as it should without the rushing part. The front desk ladies have always provided me with exceptional customer service as well. Keep up the great work!
