Mosier Eye Center

This is Caroline Le. I would like to thank you so much Dr. Mosier to surgery my left eye cataract. I am happy that I almost see things clearly in a few days after the cataract surgery. Dr. Mosier is the Best Doctor I've ever had. He is not only taking time to explain his procedure before the cataract surgery but he is also asking me if I have any questions and assure me everything will be fine at the hospital. Dr. Mosier has his excellent staffs to measure my eyes, to go through the paperwork and the billing. I really appreciate all of your help.

Everything went well. I've been with Dr.Mosier for many, many years, & receive a reminder for a checkup every year, but the 1st appointment available was in December so I saw Dr. Nobe. He was thorough, knowledgeable & pleasant to work with. All the staff members I dealt with couldn't have been more accommodating.

Love Dr. Nobe. He is very professional he will take time and listen to your questions. He explains everything until you understand it. He does not rush you and he’s pretty much on time. His staff is great.

Staff is personable and helpful ; doctor very knowledgeable, but the consistent unacceptable wait times need to be corrected . Every year I wait at least 1 hour to see the doctor this time 2 hours totally unacceptable. When I inquired why it’s always so excessive, I was told the doctor prefers to spend ample time w/patients . If that’s the case , you’re stacking in too many patients in a day . You’re such a great team , but this shouldn’t continue

There was a mishap with my prescription eye drops. It was important to use my eye drops the day aftet my eye procedure, but it was not sent to my pharmacy. Had to use over the counter drops every hour to prevent eyes from being dry until I recieve my drops. The next day they called me early in the morning. They were swift with correcting the issue and called me again to make sure I received my drops. Nice people at the office who really care for their patients’ well-being.
