Wow, what an amazing facility! Dr. Schwartz is such a well-rounded doctor. I’ve seen many eye doctors and visited several facilities over the years, and unfortunately I’ve run into issue after issue. That was absolutely not the case here. The entire team genuinely cares and wants to help with whatever eye care needs you have. They offer wonderful products and have some of the coolest technology and equipment I’ve ever seen in an eye care office. What stood out most was that I never felt pressured into anything. Instead, I felt like they truly wanted to find the best solutions for my specific needs. On top of that, the office is beautiful, clean, and exceptionally well maintained. I highly recommend Dr. Schwartz and his team!

I want to start off by saying this , Dr. Boaz Schwartz is just simply the best of the best in all the east coast and definitely all of Maryland! We struggle so much to find a keratocnus & corneal doctor and had to go through 3 different places which at the end finally someone mentioned us about Mt.airy medical eye center and since the moment we stepped inside the office they treated us with so much respect and gave us a warm welcome! We are so blessed to have found this place my wife went from seeing absolutely nothing to a 20/30 vision ! 🙌 praise the Lord and this amazing doctor may he keep using him to help families all around the world ! I don’t normally leave reviews, but Mt. Airy Medical Eye Center absolutely deserves one. My girlfriend has a blind eye that we jokingly call her “trouble eye,” so we’ve been through our fair share of eye doctors and specialists over the years. For a couple of years, we searched everywhere hoping someone could somehow fix the eye. Eventually, we accepted that restoring vision simply wasn’t possible. At that point, our goal changed—we just wanted to improve her quality of life with a custom soft cosmetic contact lens that looked natural and was comfortable enough to wear every day. Finding someone with the experience to fit a custom soft cosmetic lens wasn’t easy. We were actually planning to travel all the way to Raleigh, NC, because we couldn’t find anyone closer. Then we stumbled across Mt. Airy Medical Eye Center, and it ended up being the best thing that could have happened. The doctor is exceptional, thorough, meticulous, and a true perfectionist. You can tell he genuinely cares about getting every detail right instead of rushing patients through an appointment. For something as specialized as a custom cosmetic lens, that level of precision makes all the difference. He took the time to understand our situation, listened to our goals, and worked to achieve the best possible result. The office itself is just as impressive. Everything is brand new, the technology is amazing, and it’s obvious they’ve invested in providing the highest level of care. Even something as simple as the restrooms reflects the same attention to detail that you see throughout the entire practice. After years of visiting eye doctors for a complex case, we finally feel like we’ve found a place that truly cares about doing things the right way. We are incredibly grateful we found Mt. Airy Medical Eye Center. If you’re looking for routine eye care, you’ll be in great hands. If you have a more complex case or need custom cosmetic contact lenses, I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough.

Dr Boaz Schwartz is a very excellent optometrist. I first saw him when I required specialized ," Prism" eye glasses. At that time I was having double vision in one eye which can apparently occur after cataract surgery (by a separate Dr and office). Dr. Schwartz reassured me and gave me prism eye wear Rx. I was releaved to have normal vision with the right Rx. // Today- i had another eye problem- known as a " Chalazion" . Dr Schwartz's office fit me in for an appt within 24hours . This good Dr did a careful eye exam and explained what a " chalazion" is and how to treat it. He is professional, does a thorough eye exam gently and has a positive, reassuring demeanor. His office staff are friendly and helpful. His new office location 1401 Ridge Ct. In Mt. Airy,Md..
