The customer service was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING from the time I walked in!! Each staff member I encountered was beyond nice and set the tone for my appointment with Dr. Nichols! Dr. Nichols was the bomb! He did an excellent job explaining what I had going on with my vision plus provided preventative measures I needed. I am very appreciative and in awe of the GREAT quality of care I received ❤️

My appts are always on time. Staff is helpful and courteous. They even assist with finding my most budget friendly payment method. I completely trust Dr Nichols with all my eye care challenges. He is thorough and helps me to understand what is taking place.
