Mount Washington Valley Vision

This was by far the worst eye exam I've ever experienced. I do want to highlight that Heather is a delight and truly a breath of fresh air but the rest...a sad cash grab in the valley desert of capable providers. First, the actual technician that did the initial tests wreaked of cigarettes, she was short and pinched with every interaction. You'd think we'll maybe she's had a bad day but it was 930 am. All of the machines that had skin contact were DIRRRTY!!! ACTUAL HAIR was on two of the three machines... Visable oil smudges, just gross. I had to ask for a tissue to clean it myself. And she was NOT listening to anything I was saying about my prescriptions.... Then ANOTHER technician that was video called in was temperamental as well. Lastly, the actual optometrist clearly was just mailing it in because she said, well it looks like everything's just fine here! When I already know I have early stages of glaucoma!!! If you care about your vision at all do NOT get the exam done here. Maybe get the frames here but it's truly unbelievable how this business is cutting corners. Sadly I don't think the people giving these glowing reviews KNOW how they're being disserviced at least from their actual medical needs.

Valley Vision in Conway NH is amazing ! I had my first appointment yesterday and my only regret was not going sooner. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Shari helped me from start to finish and was wonderful. She put me at ease right away talking me through everything I never had anyone do that for me before, she rocks. The tests were quick and easy and the professionals who I spoke with were great as well. They made it so easy I picked out my new glasses right then and there, Shari was a big help with that as well. They had a sale on the exam and I got my glasses and everything I needed for an affordable price. I let them know I would be back for Sunglasses. Not only are they great at what they do they support projects in the community. They put a sign in there window in support of the Skateboard project KPMSP I’m apart of and I never forgot that. Keep up the good and I will tell everyone I know to give it a try !! All the best !!! Erin

Thought it was well run. The tech was knowledgeable and personable. The interaction with the eye doctor was great and actually kind of cool. It’s done on a zoom-like call. Really not much different than a face to face interaction.

Dr. Cutler and Carolyn were amazing!! They were able to get me seeing 20/20 with my new prescription which has never previously happened due to my severe astigmatism. This was the most thorough exam I’ve ever had and I felt very informed about my eyes at the end. Carolyn was patient and explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions I had with confidence. I am so excited for my new glasses to come in and I’m so grateful for Dr. Cutler and Carolyn. Thank you MWVV!!

We love MWV Vision. They are kind and responsive, and you can book directly onto their website. Because of the care model, there are lots of available appointments- you can usually get in within the week but they never book more than 2 weeks out that I've seen. They take children down to age 9 or so which is great.
