Mountain Valley Eye Care

I am very happy with this office and Dr. Tibbetts. He has gone way and above beyond for my eye care. Just when I thought I was being a pain in the butt they told me no. You're just a hard case. I felt much better going in the third time feeling like I was a pain in the butt. Very happy when he said we are going to get you to see good again. He or his staff did not push me out of the office like other places I have been to and felt like well. I guess I just have to deal with not being able to see. I very much appreciate him and his office for being so kind. If I could rate this office I would wait it at 10. :00 if you need a good eye doctor, I suggest this office and Doctor Tibbetts they Rock!

Everything was great until I picked up my glasses. They are not what I ordered and they refuse to believe that human error could of occurred during the ordering process and now I'm stuck with a pair of glasses that I do not like. I am disappointed This clinic is expensive! I should have received the kind of experience that one would expect of a high end business. I was offered 1/2 off my replacement purchase, which I had to pay for out of my own pocket, and I had to relinquish the original pair my insurance covered. There is no description of the glasses you order on your receipt. It only says 1st pair of frame and 2nd pair of frame. So I'm at a loss as to how they can say I got what I ordered. It's simply your word against theirs.

Our sight is one of the most important things in life! Dr Tibbits has built a great practice with high-tech equipment, knowledgeable technicians and support staff. Dr Tibbits and each of the technicians explained the purpose of each procedure and what to expect while performed. I highly recommend Dr Tibbits for eye care.

I loved Dr. Tibbits, he explained everything to me very well and gave me the choice of what i wanted to do which I really liked, and treated me so nice. It was sure a pleasant visit with him and all the nurses. The receptionist was nice but not as friendly as everyone else. But that could just be her personality. But all in all I can say my best eye exam ever! I LOOK forward to going back, (no pun intended)! Thank you!

I went in for my annual eye exam. My experience was superb!! From the time I walked in, to the time I left, I felt more than satisfied with my visit. I would highly recommend Mountain Valley Eye Care to everyone. Everyone involved with this business, that i encountered was at a high level of professionalism!
