Dr Emily Bryant always takes into account my Ehler Danlos + Vestibular Dysfunction to fit me in lenses that QUIET all my visual sensitivity. Ray was able to find new frames with Lynne's great assistance! Office takes on the challenge of meeting high expectations! Checkout this beautiful vase of flowers they gave me too!!
This is the most pleasant experience I have ever had at an eye dr appointment in my life. Everyone was so caring and understanding and did everything they could to answer all my questions and they all have a great sense of humor and are professional at the same time.
I am an old, taciturn, lady, set in my ways. It's a 2-way street; you getting use to me, me getting use to you. I'm an in and out kind of person but I appreciated the extra time taken for explanation of procedures. I appreciate the Eyeware staff taken the extra effort to make my frame purchase pleasurable. I look forward to coming in again .
The office manger, Yessica was so friendly and kind while maintaining professional communication. Dr Bryant was wonderful, she was friendly and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. She made sure I understood everything about my eyes and anything that may be unique to me.
I was very impressed with Mt. West eye care! The facility was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming! I can't say enough about the great service I received! Dr. BRYANT was very thorough in her exam, very informative and truly treated me with patience and caring. She will be my optometrist in the future for sure! Thank you Dr. Bryant!
