I’ve had such a great experience at Mountainview Vision Center. The office runs efficiently, appointments stay on schedule, and the entire team is knowledgeable and professional. The eye exam was very thorough, and I appreciated how clearly everything was explained. When it came time to choose glasses, the optical staff was helpful without being pushy and made sure everything fit properly before I left. It’s hard to find a clinic that combines great customer service with real expertise, but this office does both. If you need an eye exam or new glasses in Kingman, I would definitely recommend Mountainview Vision Center.

WOW—Mountain View Vision Center is absolutely AMAZING!!! The staff is the nicest! Everyone is so kind, patient, and genuinely happy to help. The doctor that took care of me (don't remember his name) was outstanding—super professional, knowledgeable, and he really took the time to listen and explain everything. I felt completely confident and well cared for the entire visit. And the best part? I love my glasses! This place truly goes above and beyond in customer service and quality care. My kids go to Mountainview Vision Center, and they have helped them so much! The doctors are incredibly kind, patient, and thorough during their eye exams. They take the time to explain everything and make my children feel comfortable and cared for. The staff is always welcoming and professional, and the entire office truly cares about their patients. I found great glasses there. Gal was friendly and professional . My first time there. Took prescription from my last place, as they no longer took my insurance. This is my new eye doctor. Great place, and even got my glasses to me before a trip that I took. Said might not get there in time. But got them with days to spare!

It's so hard to find good service, especially with regard to health, vision, and dental. Let me tell you, this place is the best provider I've EVER gone to, I'm amazed. Dr. Nielson, Kya, and ALL the staff, are so professional, helpful, and make sure all your questions and concerns are addressed. They also have such a great system in place for doing the exams. If you don't give them a try, then I don't know what to tell you. lol
