I first went to Dr. Hazen because I took a chunck from my eye weed eating.....she's taken care of me ever since.....she took care of my injury but even now I'm super thankful for relieving me from such eye pain it felt like blinking with sand in my eyes and I kid you not in one day of using her recommendation I don't even feel like I need eye drops!!!!

Waited two months for an appointment. Told I would get a reminder text/call for my appointment and never did. Couldn’t remember when my appointment was so I called multiple times and never could get anyone.

Today was my first time appointment! I really appreciate they were able to get me in earlier than expected due to weather. I also really appreciate they got my glasses all set up and my prescription perfect. Dr. Hazen is super awesome and explained everything to me well. She also got me a set of lenses to really help with my eye focus due to long periods in front of screens. Katie was super knowledgeable about my insurance and how to set up my glasses through both. Over all, super great experience.

Always a great experience at this office. I appreciate the small-town friendly service, combined with modern and innovative testing techniques and ease of communication. Dr Hazen is courteous and highly professional. 10/10 recommend Mud Springs. 👍🏼
