Check in was kind and understanding. However, it seems the Gastro Dept relayed they were very busy and couldn't work me in since I was late. Yes, entirely my fault for being late. Just an observation made if waiting area.

Went for a schedule doctor appointment. Check in was a breeze. Didn't have to wait not even 15 minutes. Establishment was very clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. Even the doctor was all the above. Director of this establishment should be very proud. Would recommend this establishment, or Medical Pavillion, to my friends and family.

The front in the surgery center and building has a nice atmosphere, the ppl are nice the doctors and nurses we did not like. Dr. Brandon R. Was not very empathetic and has very poor bedside manner. He would not let me really understand what was going on and explained to my wife after surgery while under anesthesia what she needs to do. Everyone knows that she wouldn't remember and he wouldn't give me the time to write the info down. He was very dismissive.

Much better experience to get blood drawn than Labcorp. Mikayla at the front desk was so nice and more than willing to help me get my Roper labs registered in their system. The phlebotomist was nice too and kept checking in to make sure I was okay because they had to stick me in my hand since my veins are so tiny. I wish Roper and MUSC’s MyChart could communicate with each other because it is a headache to get the lab information sent to one another. No way to upload the documents on the app either. The wait was an hour but didn’t have an appointment so that’s to be expected.
