Muscle Shoals Eye Center

I am a 100 percent disabled army veteran and a law enforcement veteran. I spent $600 on new glasses. They refuse to call and notify when glasses have arrived. They held my glasses for two weeks before I called to find out they had been sitting there for a week. The lenses were not correct. They ordered new lenses and then broke my frames putting in the new lenses. They also damaged my lens and told me it was my problem. They refuse to expedite the shipping and made me wait 2 weeks for my $600 glasses. When I went in to pick up new frames I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service they provide. I was told to leave or they would call the police to have me trespassed all because they don’t accept criticism. Please spend your money some place else.

We have been going to Muscle Shoals eye center for years, they always do an outstanding job! This past visit we talked about getting my son in contacts, once his trial contacts were in, the office called me and got us set up for an appointment for his contact fitting, the staff went above and beyond to help him get the contacts, one particular is Haley, she went above and beyond for us, sent me all the information on ordering contacts and discussed in depth different options and advice, had patience with my son and coached him on how to put them in and take them out on his own!

Muscle shoals eye center charged me for 300$ pair of glasses that I never received. I purchased one pair of Tiffany’s and when I went back to purchase the 2nd pair they told me they were returned because I didn’t come within a certain time period. It’s been 7 years or so and now I have an out standing balance that’s accumulating finance charges for goods that I never received. They lied and told the better business bureau that they still had the glasses there but when I just called the office they stated it’s showing that the glasses has been dispensed to me. I couldn’t pick up the first pair until they were fully paid! Let’s be honest! They never would’ve given me a pair of glasses that weren’t paid for! This is so unfair! This is impacting my credit! I refuse to pay for something that I never received! I would rather pay a lawyer! This has been an ongoing issue! It’s sad! And I’m very dissatisfied with the women in that office. My doctor was great but the women handling the financial part are dishonest, untrustworthy, and should be ashamed of themselves!

After over a month they finally got my glasses in. I was told two times that the lab they use lost my glasses. I would call every week for an update because they didn’t update me at all expect when I called. They kept telling me it would take another week. Very dishonest especially for the amount of money I spent on two pairs. Did not even apologize or offer a discount for their mistakes. Will never do business here again.

I had a great experience at Muscle Shoals Eye Center. They were able to get me in quickly, which I really appreciated. I hadn’t had an eye exam in many years, and the staff made me feel completely at ease. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions without rushing. Haley was especially wonderful—she was incredibly patient while helping me try on numerous frames and never made me feel pressured. She was also very understanding when I decided to order my glasses online, and she even took the time to answer a follow-up question when I called back later. Overall, excellent customer service and a very welcoming experience. I would definitely recommend them.
