Great customer service, and they got us a great deal. Salesperson was amazing at handling my rambunctious 3 year old--she was so incredibly kind and patient with him. I've window-shopped here several times before, but after this transaction, I'll likely handle all of my phone upgrades here from now on. Outstanding work!

Got email offer for free upgrade phone. Store location is good, ample parking, clean and well organized interior. Kelly A was finalizing transaction with customer but acknowledged my presence. She was friendly, efficient and handled the new phone activation and setup with no problem. While I've had no problems with my phones with Boost service in the past and don't foresee any problems in the future this store will be my first "go-to" if any issues should arise. This store is what customer service is all about!
