Naper Grove Vision Care

We had a wonderful experience at Naper Grove Vision Care! We brought our 6-year-old daughter for her eye exam, and the entire staff was so kind, patient, and welcoming. They made her feel comfortable throughout the visit and explained everything clearly to both her and us. The doctor was very thorough and took the time to answer all of our questions. We truly appreciated the caring and professional service. Highly recommend Naper Grove Vision Care, especially for families with children!

Dr. Robbs was absolutely amazing, and his staff was just as wonderful. The environment was very friendly, the office was extremely clean, and everything was so well run. He addressed all of my needs and never made me feel rushed. I had a great experience and would definitely come back!

From the moment I walked in Naper Grove Vision Care was extremely attentive. They told me my insurance would cover the retinal screening which I had never been offered before at the old place I went to. They performed all tests efficiently and handed me off to the Dr. Robbs who was super informative and a pleasure to talk to. I couldn’t recommend this place more!!! 10/10

What a great experience! Everyone at the Downers Grove office was so nice, from scheduling to picking up and fitting our frames. Dr. Robbs was so pleasant and easy to work with, took his time explaining everything, and understood the anxiety over choosing “#1 or #2”! Even better—they have a huge selection of frames—I’m very indecisive, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. If you’re looking for a new eye doctor, I highly recommend Naper Grove Vision Care.

Friendly, helpful staff in every area! Dr. Shpountova is knowledgable, warm, and explains things without talking down. Also a great selection of frames. Highly recommend!
