Today was my first visit at Napoleon Family Vision. It is a beautiful and very clean office. But what truly made this a great visit, was the helpful and friendly staff. Every lady, whether behind the desk or working on the floor, had a smile to share. Dr.Bostleman took the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions. I would highly recommend this office to take care of all your vision needs.
Such an amazing team! Felt so welcomed and cared about! Best eye exam my husband I have had! We also got appointments back to back so it eased alot of confusion about what glasses looked good! 100% recommend!
We cannot love this facility and staff enough! Whether checking in, retinal screenings, eye exams, picking out new glasses, or checking out, the staff is AMAZING! Dr. Bostelman was so great with my now 12 year old when I took him 5 years ago and Dr. Bower was amazing with my 8 year old today. He was so nervous for his first exam and the entire staff made him feel at ease. Thank you NFV for taking care of my family for so many years!
Dr. Bostelman is so friendly and easy to talk to. I felt like she was very attentive to my needs as well. Sierra was so helpful when it came time to pick out frames! Highly recommend this office.
