I’m extremely pleased with Nassau vision I’ve been to several different eyeglass stores and none of them Is like Nassau vision. I highly recommend Nassau vision The staff is extremely professional and friendly, always willing to help Including the doctor that’s on staff at this location they deserve more than five stars with all of this said do I recommend them? Called to just see if they took my insurance , my daughter is autistic and has a really concerning problem with her eyes and recently got a prescription from another place. I asked a few questions about glasses for my daughter and the woman on the phone was so nasty and not professional at all with the way she spoke to me , I remember going to this location as a child and every time being there they were extremely rude , I should have known better but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt being it’s been so many years , I will NOT be going here she seemed bothered by my questions like I should have known the answer to them . I do not recommend this place ever !!!
I highly recommend this place Sara and Heather spent so much time helping me pick out glasses They are the sweetest and they really care about making people feel comfortable with their look . The doctor was incredible as well he helped me see so much clearer! Thank you for your dedication it shows ! 10/10
