First time patient at this clinic; I left with a very positive experience. The office operations is efficient. I had no wait, was able to do all my pre-checkin paperwork electronically, I was set up with a portal to access my post visit notes, receipts, prescriptions. My eye checkup was thorough but not rushed. Pre-checks were smooth, I was given the option of taking retina pictures (not covered by ins) which I opted to do. Was quite impressed with the machine and images it captured without dilating the eyes. Dr. H was very personable, explained everything clearly, recommended a change for my contact lens and gave me enough for a week’s trial. Lastly, the staff that helps with glasses are awesome. Crystal was patient, did all my insurance lookup and explained clearly all my benefits so I could make informed choices. I love the “no surprises” approach and the fact that they are an all-in-one eye clinic. I’ll be switching the fam over to the practice too!
