Fabulous Optical is absolutely amazing. Jason is the bomb dot com!! He is the main reason I keep coming back. His customer service is exceptional. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to really understand what you need without making you feel rushed or overwhelmed. Jason makes you feel heard, and he genuinely goes above and beyond every single visit. Fabiola at the front desk is also very warm and welcoming and gives a great first impression when you walk in. Xavier, the optical technician, is also great—very personable, patient, and knowledgeable about his work. Highly recommend!
