Angelia, the manager at the Camelback store and Arrowhead, changed my experience from frustrated with order issues to resolved with solutions and changed my disposition from angry and exhausted to pleased and relieved. On top of that she executed resolve in only 10 minutes with a positive attitude which gave me confidence. If she ever wants a new career it should be training the average manager to be committed and exemplary at their work!!! I give her FIVE platinum stars and solid AAAAAs ++++++++!!!!

Definitely won't be coming to this location anymore. Any type of specialist should also know how to work with SPECIAL NEEDS KIDS/ADULTS. It's sad in these times you have to verbalize your kid being on the spectrum so people can be kinder or more patient. A specialist under the name Jennifer NGUYEN was very rude and unprofessional. Her comments she made under her breath didn't make the situation any better. She treated my son like an animal. I said he's on the spectrum NOT DUMB. Which means be kinder and more patient with my child. Unfortunately you can't be a good mom from behind bars , so I let them verbally hear it before I left, peacefully. Hoping the front desk lady's and Jennifer Nguyen take what I said into consideration and maybe be kinder to the next special needs person that walks through that door. I AM MY SONS VOICE. And I will forever stand 10 toes. (We were here for 3 years and Unfortunately my son's OD who was here, moved out of state.) If you see this , please come back.
My recent visit to Nationwide Vision was flawless from start to finish. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by the woman at front desk who I later learned was nalleli. I went in with the intent of just getting new lenses. However, after speaking and dealing with Angela. I ended up purchasing a whole new frame and lenses. Plus a pair of sunglasses that caught my eye. She made the purchase experience very simple and fun. I walked out feeling like my hard earned money was well spent and happy with my purchase. Thank you and I will see you again Nationwide Vision.
Had such an awesome experience! Eber was an amazing person who helped me navigate through the hardest part; picking out the right frames. He was patient, professional, and extremely insightful. Dr. Nguyen was an amazing and friendly doctor that helped me understand the barriers of my vision. Wonderful staff all around and I’m grateful to have stopped by !
The was at the Biltmore Store on Camelback Rd. Why make an appointment when they don't honor their times. Made an appointment for 5:10 pm today 1/26/26. I showed up 15 min early. Did all my paperwork online even scanning my insurance cards. Checked in for my 5:10 appointment. After 27 mins of waiting past my 5:10 time 37 mins for the check in time I was still not seen. I was told that they usually run a bit late further in the evening. If you know it is a problem why do you make the appointment times so close? They informed me that the tech was going to call me / more than 27 min after my time, then I would have to wait again to see the Doctor. This is 100% not acceptable. I like all of you know that my time is valuable. They do not. They staff was professional and nice. No complaints with the staff. Be aware that if you book in the evening you will most likely not make your appointment time not because of you, but of them. I rebooked and I hope they can value my time.
