The staff is very nice and helpful. Glasses rx is probably the most accurate I've ever had and I'm new to contacts, they helped trouble shoot an issue I had and got it fixed perfect for me the first time. Very very happy with the care and service from here. They made an always customer out of me from a first visit.

I’ve had a great experience with Pearle Vision. I purchased my glasses there last year and just got my contact lenses yesterday. The entire team has been professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating throughout the process. They took the time to answer my questions, made sure my prescriptions were correct, and helped me find options that fit my needs. I also appreciate that they offer a cash-pay program for those without vision insurance, which makes quality eye care much more accessible. Highly recommend Pearle Vision for anyone looking for excellent customer service and a smooth, stress-free experience.
Really amazing staff. Very thorough explanations, especially when it came to the contact lenses training, the guy (didn’t get his name) was very sweet and patient showing different ways on how to put them in and take them out. The sweet girl who helped me pick out my glasses was amazing as well. She explained things very clearly when it came to costs and insurance coverage. Overall staff is amazing.
Everything was good, they took good care of me, I spent more money than I had planned, doing extra testing. The killer was when I spent all that money and had to pay with a credit card I was charged an extra 3 percent for using it. How do you expect someone to pay for an unexpected extra 200 dollars, no glasses either, just eye exam, without using a card? Did not expect to spend it, and do not carry that much cash on me. Was not happy about that
If you are a veteran stay far away from this place on a community care appointment. They are only interested in veterans in the door and once you are there they immediately start pitching upgrades requiring out of pocket costs. The poor receptionist must have been a new hire and wasn’t fully able to explain the scam and was rattled by questions. Needless to say I left and would never patronize this business for any reason.
