I recently had an eyeglass and contact exam at Nationwide Vision at The Pavilions Shopping Center in Tucson, AZ and the service I received from the time I checked in, the help with finding the right fit pair of glasses that framed my face nicely to the exam itself was all top notch service! Very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff! They answered all my questions and addressed my concerns on warranty. They really made my appointment enjoyable instead of just a routine eye exam. I also found the large selection of eyewear to be of high quality, but affordable! I will definitely be a returning client in the future!

They have a 2 tier payment scheme... Try to use your insurance and the prices are double what you pay for with cash... DISGRACEFUL...also the last pair of glasses I got there never fit right, a complete waste of money... I've never used them... The employees there are Always EXCELLENT and Professional... 1star for the company 5 stars for the employees

Best experience I've had at an eyeglass place in years. I thought the people were friendly. Dr. Theresa was kind and communicated well. Just an overall great experience. I can't wait to get my new glasses.

My doctor is patient with me during the exam and the ladies that help with glasses are fun, professional and a joy to pick out glasses with. The check in exam was non rushed and easy to get through. Love this place!

Everyone is wonderful and Amazing. They all have been extremely helpful and kind since the first time I walked in 2 years ago. They took their time during my eye exams which is Really Important to me and listened to all of my concerns. 10 out of 10 hands down! - David Christian
