This woman is kind , she work's sooo well with our kids and is super joyful to interact with. Worst experience I have ever had at any vision center. Since I walked in I could feel the hostility from all the employees. I was told I had to “hustle” because I was “Late” even though I was not. Then when I turned in my paperwork they had no clue how to verify my insurance and made it seem like it was my fault, the lead front desk lady was just mad dogging me the whole time as well and didn’t even offer to help the receptionist who is clearly new. Took them 30min to tell me they couldn’t verify my insurance nor help me. I then went across the ways to Visionworks and within 5min they had set me up an appointment and verified my insurance. I will no longer conduct business with this company nor do I advise anyone else do.

I have been coming to nationwide University Ave for at 3-4 yrs and never have been dissatisfied. Dr Price is wonderful and very supportive. The staff is wonderful and friendly but my go to person is Maria. She is helpful and gives me what I feel is the right information and takes good care of me. Thank you Linda

The Location at Gilbert n Uni has always been so accommodating and well staffed from front staff to Dr. been coming here over 10 yrs? Kat also efficient at the "puff" machine and didn't cause my son to over react or have a chance to run away.

If I could give this place a zero star review with feedback, I would. This place lacks any kind of customer service.The four ladies that I encountered when I walked into this facility to schedule an appointment were the most unprofessional people I have encountered in a while. Nobody acknowledged anyone at the door, and when somebody finally did, even that interaction was less than satisfactory. I proceeded with scheduling the appointment because I was close to home, it was convenient, and all I needed was an eye exam, but just the demeanor and the experience left me filling as if I was not welcomed in their facility. After leaving they sent all of my appointment information via text and email to the wrong person. I decided to cancel that appointment and even that interaction was very questioning nobody asked why or if I wanted to reschedule. You can tell that this company is just there for the revolving money from the convenience that they have for being a big company. I would never schedule here again or recommend anyone that I know to go here.
