Excellent eye doctors. Very helpful and friendly staff. I first thought the staff may be unfriendly because of the way they communicate by emails without mentioning any names but in reality they’re quite good. Dr. Kaur was the Opthalmologist I met. She was amazing. Highly recommended.

NOT GOOD! Went in for an eye exam and new glasses. They have lots of fancy-looking equipment and devices--never seen so many before. (Note: Fancy equipment does not equate with good care.) I was pushed into scheduling cataract surgery a week later, but the front office is so disorganized and communication is so poor that I cancelled. I'm glad I didn't go through with it. I paid in full for the exam within one month, but six months later I suddenly received another bill with additional charges which no one could explain. The office seemed to be closed and I had to call and leave several messages, over several weeks, before I was able to talk to someone. Front office referred me to the guy who does their billing (who seemed to be taking calls from his "other" job, and sounded confused by my question). He knew nothing either about why I'd received an additional bill. Whole place is just Very Disorganized, and communication is Very bad.
In 2018, Dr. Tandon once told me that if I couldn’t keep my eyes open (she was literally prodding at my eye with some device), then I wouldn’t be able to get LASIK. I ran out of there quickly and never went back. I didn’t have this same experience at Dr. Mandel’s. He’s very conceited, but there was no prodding or blaming me. Got LASIK through him and all is good.
Got prescription glasses with the wrong type of lenses from here, and had a pretty frustrating phone call with the clinic. To be honest it is just a small mistake on their part and I was just looking to drop it off and have the correct lenses installed. However, the staff kept spinning stories why that happened: my card declined, then they told me apparently I requested another type of lenses. And in fact, my husband was there when I chose the lenses during my appointment, so we speechless about the gaslighting that just happened. We found the entire exchange really offputting, unbelievable how they were trying to blame it on their patients. Just a short apology, and help your patients get their glasses fixed!
I have a written review below few years back. I came to check how things are here. Dr. Tandon herself is a very professional person, she has helped so many patients. The problem with this doctor is her staff, which is completely disorganized and a mess. The biggest issue is that Dr. Tandon only and only listen to the staff and thinks all the patients are rude and impolite. That is the hugest problem with Dr. Tandon. She blindly listen to what her staff tells her and pay no attention to the patients coming to her. When I wrote the review below few years back, Dr. Tandon emailed me and said identify yourself (you can see her message at the bottom of my review), when I identified myself, she told me to come and take my papers and go to some other doctor. I was expecting good and nice things from her as her patient but she completely told me to go some where else. I was shocked and surprised and I never went back to her. (I am totally shocked and surprised that I called may be 20 to 25 times since this morning and I am having a question about my prescription, the phone would keep on ringing and ringing and no one would answer. This clinic is a complete mess. The service can not be worst than this. When I was writing this review, I was finally able to speak to one lady in the clinic, she told me NOT TO BOTHER them because they are so busy right now. I was like WOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW....)
