Doctor was nice but the equipment and the office itself looks old and outdated. The receptionist, whatever her name is, has a bad attitude. When I walked in she was too busy to even notice, and by busy I mean texting. She points to the clipboard and tells me to fill it out, and when I'm done I go to hand it to her and she's still busy texting and doesn't even bother to look up. I will not be going here again. Despite the doctor being nice, it's not worth it. That receptionist should be fired.

I went in for a normal eye exam, the place was run down and in need of new equipment, this isnt even the worst part about it, i ordered my glasses and this lady told me 10 days & when they've arrived they would give me a call , 2 weeks go by and still no phone call, so i go into the store, she pulls up my name opens the glasses case and they were not my glasses, she tells me sorry we probably sent the wrong ones and they call and have my order rushed, now it has been 3 weeks and still no phone call nothing, Horrible service ! no sense of urgency !

I used VSP insurance to get my glasses from this location and after 2 weeks my glasses came in with a different tint on each lens. One lens was green and the other lens was purple. Also the distance that was measured between my eyes was incorrect so the glasses got sent back to VSP and I had to wait another week and a half to get my glasses. In total took almost a full month 😩. I was told it is because VSP takes a long time (I have no idea if that is true or not). This location on the inside seems old and the floor was dirty. The glasses on display are not what I was expecting (no major brands like Nike).

The treatment is not very friendly since you arrive, the place needs updating as everything is old. Good thing is a new doctor, now the new doctor has better deal. Secretary should teach manners
