No exaggeration but I’ve received the worst dental care in my life at this establishment. It’s mind boggling that they even have patients. Doctors are not able to do something as simple as a filling correctly. I had to come back in so that my filling could be filed down some more because I was literally biting down and pieces of the filling were breaking off in my mouth. Also had a doctor lie and tell me that it was impossible for me to get the tooth colored filling and that I had to get the silver ones because “the cavity was too large.” Came back in for a second visit to have the rest my filings done, this time with another doctor, and I find out that my fillings weren’t too large the doctor just didn’t want to give me the ones I asked for and lied to my face about it. Doing things to a patient’s teeth without their consent? That’s beyond wrong.

Horrible experience with Anaka Hand who cares more about getting things her way than about what’s best for patients’ mental wellbeing. Her supervisor should carefully review evaluate the cases she’s been handling. Hope future patients don’t get mistreated by this personnel.
⭐ 1 Star I was extremely disturbed by the behavior of a transport driver from NEW Health. While transporting passengers, he was yelling at people through the window, became involved in a heated confrontation with another driver, and then appeared to intentionally brake-check vehicles while people were still inside the van. This was reckless, unprofessional, and completely unsafe for both the passengers and everyone else on the road. A transport driver is responsible for keeping passengers safe, and this behavior was a terrible representation of the company. I strongly believe management should investigate this incident before someone gets seriously hurt.
The care I received was fine, but it is next to impossible to get access to your Dental records once you are a patient so beware if you ever move or leave this practice. The hoops you have to go through are crazy and they only accept fax and in person drop offs of a PDF form you have to fill out but I requested records because I moved and don't own a fax machine. It also takes 2-3 weeks for your records to be EMAILED to the new practice??
I had my first eye exam there a year ago. The front desk staff was quite friendly. After an assistant checked my eye pressure and found it normal, they used a bright light to examine my eyes. The doctor then returned and performed another bright light exam. The final result was a suspected diagnosis of glaucoma. Really? The most important thing was that after the bright light exposure, they forgot to give me a pair of cheap sunglasses to protect my eyes. After stepping out into the sunlight, I felt dizzy and my eyes were very uncomfortable. Such mistakes can cause eye damage. I'm afraid to go back there. I only just learned today that I need sunglasses after an eye exam. My mom and I went for an eye exam, and she ended up wearing the protective sunglasses. Such a mistake is truly unforgivable. I give 3 star for the front desk staff.
